The orders usually are ready to ship within 24 hours from the order date. We use International Express Service for all international deliveries, We will provide a tracking number for tracking online immediately after the goods are dispatched. You will receive your order in about 7 business days after dispatch.

How Do You Cancel Your Order?

If you want to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 20% restocking fee applies. The shipped orders cannot be cancelled. We hope you can understand. Thank you!

How Do You Exchange Your Order?

If you want to exchange a product, pls email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unuesd and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the way, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 30 days.

The Procedure of Return

We would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customers in the occasional event of manufacturing faults. We would like to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to return your items, there are some steps you need to follow.
1.Please contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back.
2.All items sent back to us should be in their original condition (i.e. not altered or washed, with all tags attached).
3.All ordered items are the right items you pick here.
4.You need to know if you return right items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee,shipping fee and handling fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5.We are sorry, but we will not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package. You need to be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. When we receive your return, we will refund you. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed.

Insurance

Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely.You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance, the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the loss.
